James McKay Solicitors are unique in the Moray area, being the only firm to focus entirely on defence work in order that we can give our clients the best possible service.
With our highly experienced team of Solicitors and Solicitor Advocate within the firm we offer the full range of services in the Criminal Courts, from advice on fixed penalty notices through to cases in the Justice of the Peace Court, Sheriff Summary Court, Sheriff and Jury Court, and also all cases in the High Court.
